
You are eligible to apply if you are studying as a degree student at a university which has an agreement on student exchange with UTA (ERASMUS, NORDPLUS, ISEP, FIRST, bilateral agreements). Please, check the list of partner universities of UTA .
If you are studying as a degree student at a university outside Finland, you are eligible to apply even if your home university does not have an agreement on student exchange with UTA. However, acceptance of students applying outside exchange agreements is limited.
Admittance of students who have acquired their secondary education in Finland and who are currently studying as degree students at a university outside Finland is limited and subject to consideration by the admitting school.
International exchange and visiting students must have a good command of English for academic purposes. The required proof of knowledge of English must be sent to UTA by the application deadline. We accept:
On Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) the test scores correspond to the level B2. Please note that students wishing to start studies in the Degree Programme in English Language, Literature and Translation are required to take and pass a language skills test organised by the unit at the beginning of the semester.
