Enrolment of New Studentsenrolment.png

To make your enrolment process as smooth as possible, we have prepared a step-by-step list for you. Please also read the official enrolment instructions by clicking the purple button on the upper right corner.

    1. Welcome to pick up the enrolment papers and the Orientation Package from the International Office  (room A129) in the Main Building.
The enrolment papers include a registration form, an invoice for the payment of the Student Union fee and the Student ID Card application form. Enrolment papers of degree students also contain the login ID (Basic User Account, BUA)  for the University IT Systems. Exchange and visiting students get their login ID when they enrol at the Registrar's Office.
    2. If you are a degree student, please obtain a confirmation of validity of your academic documents.
Also non-degree students who pay a course fee obtain the confirmation (not exchange/visiting students).
Present the original documents of your educational background at the Study Office of your school. For contact details, please see your Letter of Acceptance.
    3. Pay the *Student union membership fee
Please use the invoice included in your enrolment papers. The fee is payable at any bank from a Finnish bank account or in cash. Those having a bank account in one of the countries of the Euro area can use your internet bank account. Please remember to include the given reference number with the transfer. You cannot pay the fee at the University. Keep the receipt of the payment.
