Out Of the Cold War, Finlands' Course in the Post Cold War Storms

Secretary of State Jukka Valtasaari has served twice as the Ambassador of Finland to the US and has had a lifelong career in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Valtasaari has recently published a book on Finland foreign relations in the post-cold war era. The book’s title is Myrskyn vuodet. Suomen suunta kylmän sodan jälkeen. The author describes the book as a practitioner's view.
