Assignment guideline

Design a Sino-Finnish Education cooperation programme either by improving an existing project or by creating/planning a new one.

 

·       Purpose of the project

·       Target groups and stakeholders and and how the project is benefiting them

·       Partners and their roles

·       Activities and how they serve the purpose

·       What are concrete direct and inderect benefits and for whom?

·       What resurces (human and financial) are available?

·       Indicators used in the evaluation and methods of evaluation of the project 

·       How you guarantee the quality and sustainability?

·       How you will implement different phases (time scale) of the project (from planning to implementation) and how the resources are needed and used?

·       Which are the main challenges at different phases of the project

·       What are the risks

 

Group work (4-6 persons. Better to have both Chinese and Finnish partners)

Deadline: before Christmas

Length: 15—16 pages
