The fee includes access to the scientific program and the exhibition, the congress material and proceedings, daily lunch, refreshments and information desk services during the congress. Payment and confirmation
All payments (registration fees, hotel deposits) should be made ina advance in euros (EUR) when making the registration and reservations. When sending the registration online, you wil receive instant confirmation of registration to your email. After receiving the congress payments, TAVI Congress Bureau will send you an official letter of confirmation by email or by post. No confirmation will be sent before all the fees have been received. Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges. Bank drafts as well as personal, travellers' or company cheques cannot be accepted. Payment options *By credit card: Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard are accepted.

TAVI Congress Bureau will take care of the hotel reservation for the delegates. Delegates should make their hotel reservation in advance on the registration form of the congress. To guarantee your hotel reservation, a deposit of one night’s room rate is required. The deposit should be paid together with the registration fee. The deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and it will be deducted from your final hotel bill when checking out. If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to the cancellation and refund policy. All prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT. Cancellation and refund policy Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in writing. Registration fee If cancellation is received before 30 June 2006, the registration fee will be refunded in full. For cancellations received after 30 June 2006, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of 60 EUR for handling fee. If cancellation is received after 25 August 2006, no refund will be made. Hotel deposit If cancellation for hotel reservation is received by 10 September 2006, the deposit will be refunded except 5 EUR for handling fee. If cancellation is received after 10 September 2006, no refund will be made. There is no refund of registration or hotel deposit in the case of no-shows. There is no extra fee if a delegate’s cancelled registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
