Registration Fees:

• Auditors: 300 € before 2 July 2007
                  350 € after 2 July 2007
                  400 € after 7 September 2007

• Authors: 290 € before 2 July 2007
                 340 € after 2 July 2007
                 390 € after 7 September 2007

• Members: 230 € RESER Members before 2 July 2007
                   280 € RESER Members after 2 July 2007
                   330 € RESER Members after 7 September 2007

• Students: 120 € before 2 July 2007
                  170 € after 2 July 2007
                  220 € after 7 September 2007

Auditors are conference participants who do not have a presentation at the conference.

Authors are conference participants who will present either an oral or poster presentation.

Membership fee is valid for RESER members only.

Students must be able to present a student card or letter from the faculty as a proof of their studentship when they register.

Registration fees include:

• conference programme and material
• meals (lunches and coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday)
• City Reception & Cocktails (Thursday)
• Gala Dinner (Friday)

PAYMENT INSTRCUTIONS
Please note that all payments must be made in euros (EUR) and free of bank charges to the recipient. Two methods of payment are possible. Cheques are NOT accepted. You can pay by:

1. Bank transfer

Make sure to give participant's name in the bank transfer details. All payments must be "free of any charges for the payee", i.e. all bank charges have to be borne by the sender.

2. Credit card: VISA, Master Card and Eurocard are accepted.

Clearly state your credit card details on the registration form. If the given information is wrong or the credit company does not give authorization to charge your account, the organizer is entitled to charge the late rate instead of the normal fee.

Letter of Confirmation/Receipt

A written confirmation and a receipt of your paid fees will be sent to you by e-mail after the Secretariat has received your payment in full.

Invoice

Finnish delegates can ask for an invoice; please contact the Conference Secretariat. A surcharge of 6 euros will be added.

Terms of Cancellation and Refunds

The Secretariat must be notified by e-mail or fax of any cancellations.

Cancellations received

prior to 1 June - full refund; except for the administration fee EUR 60
from 2 June until 15 July - 50% refund
from 16 July - no refund.

For organisational reasons, refunds will be made after the conference. For refund, please inform your full bank account details.
