Aulikki Sippola

Ph.D. (Econ.). Diversity Management Expert in Diversity Charter Finland/ Corporate Responsibility Network FIBS (Finnish Business and Society). Role in the project: Post-doctoral researcher.

Aulikki Sippola’s areas of expertise and research interests cover HRM of a diverse and multicultural workforce, responsible management, inclusiveness and equality in the workplaces, accessibility of services and products. Her doctoral thesis focused on Human Resource Management perspectives on diversity management (2007). Aulikki Sippola has extensive experience in international business and as a diversity expert, consult and trainer since 2003.
