Independence Day opening hours
Saturday 6 December is Finnish Independence Day. On Saturday all doors of the Unversity will be locked.
Libraries will close at 4 p.m. on Friday and be closed on Saturday. Bookstore Taju will close at 4 p.m. on Friday. Juvenes restaurants will serve lunch until 3 p.m. on Friday and close at 4 p.m. All University premises will be closed at 5 p.m. on Friday.
This is a public holiday in Finland and will also affect opening times in town.
Special opening hours later in December:
On Friday the 12th the Main Library will close at 5 p.m. Café Kampus will be closed from 15 December to 2 January due to renovations.
