Call for nomination of Board members: Voting category 2

At the meeting of representatives of the second category of the University collegiate body on 24 August it was decided to offer personnel belonging to the second category an opportunity to make nominations for members in that category.

This category comprises researchers, teachers excluding professors, and also other personnel.

Nominations should include the name of the nominee and confirmation of his/her consent to candidature, likewise a brief presentation and justification for the selection of that person to the Board, specifying the individual/group making the nomination.

Nominations should be sent by e-mail to Pekka Rantanen, researcher and member of the second category of the collegiate body at pekka.rantanen@uta.fi not later than 14.00 on 1 September 2009.

On the basis of the nominations received the second category of the collegiate body will select two representatives to serve on the new University Board, which will be duly confirmed by the University collegiate body.
