IIDA Idea competition 2010
IIDA is an idea contest for students, researchers and employees of UTA, TUT and TAMK.
IIDA has been organised since year 1994. Nowadays contest is organised yearly during February and March. IIDA idea contest is organised by Hermia Business Development in co-operation with institutions of higher education) and partners.
IIDA Idea Competition 2010 starts 3.2.2010 and ends 31.3.2010
Competition has three series which you should choose to continue with supplying the idea.
1. Product ideas and innovations
2. Service ideas
3. Companies challenges (You can look the challenges here)
You should go to www.hermiayrityskehitys.fi/iida and choose Competition form-page to continue submitting the idea / business plan.
One idea can only take part at one series at the time. The new series Business plans and concepts is for projects which are developed from ideas to concrete plans and projects. Still there can not be a company behind the business plan.
Idea owners will be also helped on commercialisation process in co-operation with business incubators). Key evaluation criteria are novelty, innovativeness, exploiting and business opportunities. All proposals sent to IIDA will be kept confidential. Jury has members from all above mentioned universities and polytechnics, as well as from Hermia Business Development and Finn-Medi Research. Jury may consult third party experts on evaluation.
It is assumed, that the proposer(s) has an exclusive or sole right to ideas and inventions mentioned on proposals. These rights will also be valid, so that neither the jury nor the organisers will get any IPRs of proposed ideas if not otherwise particularly agreed. In series Companies challenges right to use all information within their own business.
