Student athlete of 2009: Figure skater Kiira Korpi will be awarded on 12.5.

Finnish figure skater Kiira Korpi was chosen as the student athlete of 2009 by the Finnish Student Sports Federation. She won the bronze medal in Winter Universiade in Harbin.  

Kiira Korpi studies in the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Tampere.

The ceremony will be held on Wednesday 12.5. at 12.15 in the university upper lobby (main building, Kalevantie 4, in Finnish). All students and staff members of UTA as well as fans of Kiira are welcome!
