The library tip of the month: self-service pick up of reserved books in use in all departments now

In addition to the Main Library, the self-service picking up of reservations began in Humanika last year and at the beginning of the year 2011 in the unit of Hämeenlinna as well. On the 1st of February 2011 the self-service picking up of reserved books started as an experiment also in Tertio.

Fetch and borrow your reservation this way:

• You will find your reservation by your last name from the shelf
• Use the self-service check-out machine for checking out the
• reserved book
• If the borrowing does not succeed for some reason, contact
• the library staff
• If you want to cancel your reservation which already has arrived, take care of the matter at the service desk – do not return with a check-in machine! You can also ask for the cancellation by e-mail or by phone (during telephone service hours) from:
