Remember to enroll in August!

Enrollment for the academic year 2012-2013 ends on Friday 31 August. Students doing their Bachelor's or Master's degrees enroll by paying the membership fee of the Student Union in a bank on 31 August at the latest.

The information you need for the payment of the fee (among others the account number and the reference number of the payment) can be found during the summer enrollment in Netti-Opsu at Enrolment to the University. You can also obtain this information in the Registrar's Office.

In case you are unable to pay the membership fee by the end of August, it is advised that you enroll as an absent student so that you do not lose your right to study. You can switch from absent status to present status any time you want during the academic year.

You can enroll as an absent student either in NettiOpsu, by e-mail to aktuaari@uta.fi, by fax at 03 3551 6013 or by sending the enrollment form to the Registrar's Office.

If a student does not enroll either as a present or an absent student by 31 August 2012 she/he loses her/his right to study and has to go through a written application procedure to reinstate the right to study.
