The UNIPOLI network invites all international students and staff members of UTA, TUT and TAMK to celebrate Finland's Independence Day on 29 November 2012 at 18:00 at the UTA (Main Auditorium, Kalevantie 4).
Finland was declared independent on 6 December 1917. In Finland, the Independence Day is celebrated in a respectful and solemn manner. During the reception, we will hear reflections on Finland and enjoy Finnish music and dance. The event is formal, but there is no dress code.
The reception is offered by the UNIPOLI Tampere network (the University of Tampere, Tampere University of Technology and Tampere University of Applied Sciences).
