Changes in the Main Building "Opastus" booth and Registrar's Office

There will be changes in the way things are done in the "Opastus" booth in the Main Building (Kalevantie 4) and much of what was once available will be taken care of elsewhere.

From 19 March "Opastus" will continue to provide

•  advice and information on University premises, functions and personnel

• admission guides and application forms (for teachers’ pedagogical studies, for admission as a supernumerary student or as a continuing education student)

• Lost property
  

From 19 March the Registrar’s Office will supply

• official free-of-charge student certificates

• official, study records, to be paid for

• official Diploma Supplements, to be paid for

• officially certified copies of degree certificates and certificates of separate studies taken at the University of Tampere, to be paid for

• study guides, to be paid for (also available on the Internet)

• annual sticker for the TAMY student union card if you are eligible for it

• certificate for reduced travel (the Finnish railways VR, Matkahuolto coaches and TKL local bus transport) if you are eligible for it.
