Research and publishing at the University of Tampere
The number of publications by the University of Tampere increases every year. The number of international publications per teacher is at the national top level in the humanities, education, natural sciences and health sciences. The number of publications for the University as a whole is likewise at the top national level.
A significant part of the production of new knowledge is in the form of master's and licentiate's theses and doctoral dissertations.
