SolePRO - Project Management SystemA shared project management system will be introduced at UTA. The aim of project is to develop a project management system, which allows the whole UTA more effective project planning, budgeting, reporting and document management. The System is developed to cut the time used in project management tasks as well as to share similar practices throughout the university. The first part of SolePRO-system to be introduced for use at UTA is the time-sheet function. The purpose of time-sheet is to record actual working hours, especially for the benefit of externally funded research projects. The system will simplify the reporting of working hours as required by the funding organizations. Also the full data of working hours in the university will allow accurate cost calculations for governmental funding.
