UN collection has been moved to closed storage
In the Main Library in Linna the book collections are currently being rearranged. This is done to make room for collections that will be moved from Humanika to Linna when the Library departments on the Main campus merge. The work will continue until summer.
The rearranging causes some noise and we apologize for possible disturbance to those studying in the Library.
Tampere University Library was a UN deposit library 1967-2004. The Library of Parliament and Åbo Akademi University Library are the current Finnish deposit libraries. The UN collection contains materials created by various UN bodies, official documents and sales publications from 1980-2004. A limited number of publications by and about UN are still added to the collection if they are not available electronically.
