Computer Support Services

Computer support services help in questions or problems regarding the library’s computer software and hardware.  They can be reached by phone, 050 523 9643, or by e-mail, kirmtuki at uta.fi.

When problems arise, patrons are advised to contact the closest employee on duty, and, if necessary, the Computer support services will be allerted.  

Computers, which are  meant for non-university users, do not require a user account. Other computers require a user account, because they are intended for information searching and research work by the University’s own students.  User accounts are administered by the University's IT Services.
