You can find answers among Frequently Asked Questions even when the Library is closed. The question box on Library front page offers ready questions when you start writing. You can also choose a topic from the word cloud.
Chat service is for quick and short questions. Chat icon is at the bottom corner of Library's every web page. Chat is online Mon-Fri 9.00-16.00.
Book a Librarian service offers personal guidance for the students and staff of the University of Tampere and the staff of Tampere University Hospital Tays. This free, one-hour Book a Librarian service is intended for guidance on information retrieval and the use of e-resources offered by the Library.

You can also book a librarian for online personal guidance. You’ll need the University’s Office365 service, a desktop or a laptop computer and a headset with microphone for that. We recommend that you download the Skype for Business add on in advance.
