StudiesCourses in EnglishBook examinations, essaysYou'll find information about studying in English at the University of Tampere in Study pages. Most of the study modules in Philosophy can be completed in English by taking a book exam or by writing an essay. In any questions contact the research assistant Tommi Vehkavaara. English translation of the study module descriptions can be found in ECTS STUDY GUIDE (pages 101-109) or in here. The list of such course units that can be completed in English or other foreign languages (book examinations and other independent study are also included) can be found HERE. The list of the study modules and the teachers who are responsible of them can be found HERE.
Book exams are arranged about once a month (during semesters) usually Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Electronic enrollment is in use and can be done in WENTTI where you can find exact exam days too. Add in the enrollment the request for the questions in English.
