REGISTRATION WITHOUT PAPER

Registration without paper for Power & Knowledge 2010 is possible until Friday 27th of August (Finnish time: UTC+3).

In order to participate in the conference

1) please send a receipt of your conference fee payment and information about possible dietary requirements to power2010@uta.fi.

2) Create an account in the conference management system

 

In order to participate in the conference, you should create an account, register and pay the conference fee.

 All prices in euro. Conference fee includes attendance to plenaries and sessions, conference material, lunches, coffees, conference dinner and city reception.

Doctoral students

In case you are intending to present a paper in one of the conference workshops, you might like to wait until the June 15, by which date you will be informed about the acceptance of your paper (June 21, if you submitted after May 15). Please register using registration form in the conference management system AND instruct your bank to forward payment orders in favour of University of Tampere through the following:

Unfortunately, the conference organizers are not able to admit grants for participation, travelling or accommodation. However, excellent young or experienced researchers who face serious difficulties in financing their conference attendance, can apply for a solidarity-subsidised fees. The reduced fees can be applied from the organising committee (power2010@uta.fi) by the conference proposal deadline. Please state briefly (max. 300 words) your reasons for the subsidised fees in an email, with subject line "solidarity fees".

Terms of Cancellation

For written cancellations (to power2010@uta.fi) received by July 31 there is no cancellation fee. If registration is cancelled after July 31 the cancellation fee is 50 % of the registration fee. For cancellations made after August 31, no refund will be paid on the registration fees.
