Payment must be received not later than the closing of banking hours on said date.

* Students must send a letter from the faculty as a proof of their undergraduate studentship.


Registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions

  • Conference Programme and Book of Abstracts

  • Tea/Coffee daily

  • Conference exhibition

  • Get-together on Sunday

  • City Reception on Monday

The registration fee does not cover insurance or accommodation. The organizers recommend travel insurance. There is lunch available in the conference centre and several lunch restaurants nearby.


Payment Instructions

All fees should be paid in advance by using Euros. Cheques will NOT be accepted.

Make sure to give participant’s name in the bank transfer details. All payments must be ”free of any charges for the payee”, i.e. all bank charges have to be borne by the sender.


2. Credit card: VISA, Master Card or Eurocard are accepted.

Clearly state your credit card details on the registration form. If the given information is wrong or the credit company does not give authorization to charge your account, the organizer is entitled to charge the late rate instead of the normal fee.

Letter of Confirmation/Receipt

A written confirmation and a receipt of your paid fees will be sent to you by e-mail after the Secretariat has received your payment in full.


Terms of Cancellation

The Secretariat must be notified in writing or by e-mail of any cancellations.

Cancellations received

before 1 March - full refund; except for the administration fee EUR 100,
between 1 March­–1 April - 50% refund of all paid fees,
after 1 April - no refund.

For organisational reasons, refunds will be made after the conference.
For refund, please inform your full bank account details.
