To register for the conference, to reserve accommodation and to book social events please register using the online form.

Registration fee

Registration fee includes VAT 0 %.

Registration fee for delegate includes:
Access to the scientific programme including conference material, lunch and coffee daily during the conference and Helsinki City Reception on Thursday, 16 August 2007.

Members of following Nordic scientific associations have right to lower registration fee:

Finnish Association for Mass Communication Research (TOY)
SMID Society of Media Researchers in Denmark
NML Norwegian Association for Media Researchers
FSMK Swedish Association of Media and Communication Research

Payment and confirmation

All payments (registration fees, hotel deposits, social events) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) when making the registration and reservations. When submitting your registration online, you will receive instant confirmation of the registration by email. After receiving the conference payments, TAVI Congress Bureau will send you an official confirmation by email. No confirmation will be sent before all the fees have been received. Please note that all payments should be free of bank handling charges. Bank drafts as well as personal, travellers' or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Please use the participant's reference number when making the payment. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply which you will receive after submitting the registration form online.

Cancellation and refund policy

Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes in registration and accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau.

Registration fee
If cancellation is received before July 16, 2007 , the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of 30 € for handling fee. If cancellation is received after July 16, 2007, no refund will be made.

Hotel room deposit

If cancellation for hotel reservation is received by July 31, 2007 , the deposit will be refunded with the exception of 5 € for handling fee. If cancellation is received after July 31, 2007, no refund will be made.
