Professor DOUGLAS BIBER (Regents’ Professor of English, Applied Linguistics, Northern Arizona University) will direct a two-day workshop for doctoral students using corpus methods in their analysis of language, discourse, text, narrative, or style. The workshop is co-organized by the doctoral programmes of the School of Language, Translation and Literary Studies at the University of Tampere together with LANGNET.
