The international study aims to show which configurations of primary health care are associated with better outcomes. In Finland, research findings will also show how well patients’ expectations were met and how well they feel that questions important to them were covered during the consultations.

In each participating country surveys were conducted among general practitioners (GPs)/family doctors and their patients using the same batteries of questions.

QUALICOPC is an EU funded project under the Seventh Framework Programme.
