Enrolment to the University

On this page you will find instructions for the enrolment to be done each academic year.

The information is mostly geared towards continuing (old) students. New students will receive separate instructions.

Bachelor's and Master's Degree Students

The following applies to bachelor's and master's degree students and students of the Licenciate Degree Programme in Medicine

  1. You are required to enrol at the University annually, either as present or absent, in order to make use of your right to study. Enrolling as present means that you pay the student union membership fee (€116 for the whole academic year 2017–2018)
  2. Enrolment is possible during the enrolment period 1 June to 31 August 2017 in the electronic enrolment service (OILI), which can be accessed from Student's Desktop under Remember during the enrolment period. Your enrolment status will be updated the day following the enrolment, after which you are able to enrol for courses.
  3. If you fail to enrol by the deadline, you will lose your right to study. You can, however, apply for your study right to be reinstated.
  4. In the enrolment service you can also pay the Unipoli Sport sports fee.
  5. When enrolled as present, you can make use of all the students' electronic service and earn credits as well as apply for cross-institutional studies at TUT and TAMK.
  6. When enrolled as absent, you can not earn credits and there are restrictions on the electronic services. In addition, enrolling as absent may consume the completion time of your studies.
  7. If you want to change your enrolment status, can not enrol electronically or need additional information, see the detailed enrolment instructions.
  8. If enrolled as present, you can pick up your annual registration sticker from TAMY's services office or at the Registrar's Office from 1 August onwards.
  9. Note that if you have applied for an extension to your right to study, you can enrol only after the possible extension has been granted.

Doctoral Students

  1. You are required to enrol at the University annually, either as present or absent, in order to make use of your right to study. The optional student union fee for doctoral students is €49 for the academic year 2017–2018.
  2. The enrolment of a continuing (old) doctorral student is possible during the enrolment period 1 June to 31 August 2017 in the electronic enrolment service (OILI), which can be accessed from Student's Desktop under Remember during the enrolment period. Your enrolment status will be updated the day following the enrolment, after which you are able to enrol for courses. New doctoral students will receive separate instructions and enrol at the Registrar's Office.
  3. If you fail to enrol by the deadline, you will lose your right to study. You can, however, apply for your study right to be reinstated.
  4. If you want to pay the Unipoli Sport sports fee, you will also need to pay the student union membership fee for doctoral students.

Non-Degree Students

Old non-degree students are not required to enrol annually. Their enrolment will be automatically registered until the end of their study right.
