The national user survey of Finnish libraries is carried out at the University of Tampere as an online survey between 4 March and 7 April. The survey collects information about the use of the University Library, its customer satisfaction and impact of its services. By responding to the survey the customers give important information for evaluation and development of library services, resources and facilities.
The national survey is conducted simultaneously in the majority of Finnish university libraries and other library sectors. It is coordinated and carried out by the Finnish National Library. The previous survey was organized in 2010.
The respondents can also take part in the prize draw. There will be books of Tampere University Press and memory sticks raffled among those who give their contact information. Furthermore the National Library will raffle one e-book reader, memory sticks and books among all respondents of the national survey.
The link to the survey is available on the Library website, Humanika homepage and Tertio homepage.
