Speech-based and Pervasive Interaction Group   (SPI)

Our group studies multimodal pervasive systems. As a part of Tampere Unit for Computer Human Interaction and School of Information Sciences the Pervasive Interaction group has a strong computer-human interaction point of view in its research. The user interface issues are studied by implementing interesting applications and studying how they are used. Our work has focused on interaction models, techniques and architectures. The work is carried out in several research projects.
