• Demola Roadshow: Wednesday 23.1 10-14, UTA Pinni B, main lobby.
• Initial lecture for spring 2013 projects is on Friday, 11.1, 12-14, Pinni B1084.
• To join the course, you need to:
• Join Moodle forum of the course no later than 27.1. Use key: innoS2013. 
• Create a Demola profile and apply for interesting projects no later than 27.1. First projects will be published on 11th January.
• Check preliminary schedule (from Demola's website) for Spring 2013.

General course information

Innovation project is a new course for all SIS students. The course is suitable for Intermediate studies in Computer Science, Information Studies and Interactive Media, and Interactive Technology. The course is organised twice in an academic year (in periods I-II and III-IV).

In the course students work in a project team to produce a demo or an interactive demonstration. Project topics vary, but they all are related to new technology and services (new mobile phones, innovative www/mobile applications, games etc.). The course is organised with Demola and teams work daily in the Demola premises. Companies and other organisations can propose project topics directly to Demola.
