Employability elements are integrated in the curricula of Master's Degree Programmes. Learning outcomes of the programmes indicate the academic substances, skills and ethical competences that the students gather during their studies.
At Self-Study Resources you find titles of Working life opportunities including: Career planning, Working in Finland -quides, Applying for a job or an internship and self-study material about Finnish organisations as employers.
The programmes also contain employability elements such as communication and language studies, internship periods and project work etc., all of which are components that employers value in their future employees. The Study Skills and Personal Study Planning -course unit, which is a part of the general studies in international Master's Degree Programmes at UTA, is one opportunity for students to start planning their studies and future career.
