All classes (aerobics, dances, circuit training) are grouped into
aerobics, fitness and body balance classes.
Descriptions of Aerobics Classes (link). The descriptions can also be accessed by clicking the name of the class.
All changes in aerobics programme will be notified in Atalpa reception.
There is no enrolment to aerobics classes.
List of instructors can be found from the Finnish site "Jumppaohjaajat".
