Information on student exchange and Erasmus work placement grants is available from the International Office (Centre for International Education).
Exchange programmes at the University of Tampere offer degree students from home and abroad, who are currently enrolled as present, the chance to spend a part of the degree at a partner University in another country.
This opportunity is offered through the bilateral exchange agreements in Asia, Australia, Europe, North and Latin America. In addition, nationals of one of the countries participating in the Erasmus programme and those holding a permanent residence permit in one of the EU member states can apply for the Erasmus programme, which is designed to allow students to study or work for part of their degree in one of the EU or EEA countries or in Turkey. The eligibility of nominees from UTA is confirmed by the receiving University.
Students cannot apply to study abroad for a period for which they do not have the right to study at the University of Tampere.
» Student exchange in the academic year 2013-2014
