The Degree Programmes taught in English:

The European Master Programme in Higher Education (HEEM) http://www.uv.uio.no/hedda/masterprogramme/heem.html

- The European Master Programme in Higher Education (HEEM) is an Erasmus Mundus co-operation and mobility programme in the field of higher education. The University of Tampere organises the programme in collaboration with the Universities of Oslo (Norway) and Aveiro (Portugal). This is one of the very first Joint Degrees to be offered in Europe. The students study for at least one semester in each partner university obtaining their Master’s Degree at one of them. The University of Tampere is responsible for the study modules in policy making, administration and organization of higher education.
