Studying in Tampere Region (SITR) network develops joint services and activities for the international students and staff of the three HEIs in Tampere, Finland. The partners in the network are the University of Tampere (UTA), Tampere University of Technology (TUT), and Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK).

Tampere
– the most popular city to live and study in Finland 
Tampere Region is the 2nd largest region in Finland
with half a million inhabitants. Tampere
is the largest inland city in the Nordic countries. It is located
between two lakes and the Tammerkoski rapids run through the city.
Tampere is known
as a vibrant centre of culture, sports, events, research, education and
business.
