  The News section provides news, events, guest lectures, and current topics related to studying, living, and working in the Tampere Region, Finland. Various guest lectures are held at the SITR Universities during the academic year. Guest lectures are open for everyone interested in the topic. You can also find links to various other news services in this section.
  
  
• Studying
  All the available SITR studies and instructions for using the electronic application system can be found in the SITR Course Catalogue. The Academic Calendar helps to compare the timing and duration of the study periods at the three SITR universities.
• Living
  In the Living section you can find information related to living in the Tampere Region, Finland. The information has been created according to the suggestions received during the Welcome to Tampere Fair 2009 and the SITR website user survey 2010.
• Working
  In the Working section you can find useful links to general information on working in Finland, advice on where to look for a job in Finland, hints for applying for a job, information on which authorities you need to contact, etc. WorkPlace Pirkanmaa project develops services especially for international academic job seekers.

  Information about SITR university network itself including information for the partner institutions and staff can be found in the SITR section, both in English and in Finnish.
