22.11. Opening of Christmas Season in the City Centre of Tampere

On Sunday the 22nd of November the official Opening of the Christmas Season takes place at Frenckell and at Central Square Keskustori at 12-16.

During the various events you have a chance to see e.g. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, the Maiden of Light and of course also Santa Claus. A Happy Christmas Parade will begin at 2 pm from the Sori Square (Sorin aukio) and the parade will proceed through the city centre to the Central Square. After the parade the lights of the Christmas tree at Central Square will be lit.

Come and enjoy the Christmas feeling in the city centre!
