An open Call for Papers with online abstract submission until 24 February 2017 has now been published. The session organizers are expected to review the abstracts and select the papers to be presented in their sessions. They are expected to notify the local organizing committee of their decisions and, if necessary, assist in the editing of the accepted abstracts. Proposed sessions should be organized to be 90 minutes in length, and each speaker (3-4 per session) should be given 15-20 minutes for his/her presentation.
Please note that the abstract submission process for papers to be presented in the sessions will be open to all and therefore session organizers may need to include presentations that were not originally proposed for their sessions. If the number of paper proposals for a particular session exceeds the number that can be accommodated in a single session, organizers may be given an additional session slot in the conference program.
Session organizers are expected to circulate the Call for Papers and communicate with potential presenters. They will also be responsible for chairing their sessions.
Please notice! All accepted session organizers need to register for the conference and pay the registration fee.
In order to have their abstract appear in the conference programme, paper presenters must submit their final abstracts as well as register for the conference by 15 May.
