The School of Social Sciences and Humanities offers an Excel worksheet where doctoral students can enter their contact information and keywords of their research to network with other doctoral students. The worksheet is updated only by students. The instructions on how to enter the information are in the worksheet.

These regulations came into effect on August 1st, 2012. It is recommended to visit these web pages especially when the student is planning to hand in the manuscript of the thesis or of the dissertation to the examination process.

The University governing board has approved the guidelines concerning good scientific practise and procedures for handling misconduct and fraud in science. These guidelines are proposed by the Finnish Advisory Board on Research Integrity (TENK) which is nominated by the Ministry of Education.
