The focus of this research project is on called new work, which requires new kind of personal and embodied ways of working. Empirically the focus is on advertising agencies and sport services firms. The research material consists of interviews, but also various kinds of documents, observations and customer questionnaires will be included. The research project will gain new information about the ways in which gendering practices, formal and informal agreements and characteristics of new work are emerging in Finnish work life.
