Previous Master's Degree Programmes in English

The School of Social Sciences and Humanities was founded in 2011. Prior to that, international Master's programmes were coordinated by the International School of Social Sciences (ISSS). The ISSS was part of the Faculty of Social Sciences, but its activities covered also diciplines from other Faculties. The first international degree programme within the University of Tampere was the Master's Programme in European Politics and Government, which started in 1991.
