Trivium (Tampere Centre for Classical, Medieval and Early Modern Studies) järjestää pe 8.9. workshop-tapaamisen prof. Mark Goldenin, antiikin sosiaalihistorian, erityisesti urheilun historian ja lapsuuden historian keskeisen tutkijan ja pioneerin Tampereen-vierailun yhteydessä.

Workshopissa keskustellaan uusimmasta uudesta antiikin ja keskiajan perheen ja lapsuuden tutkimuksen saralta. Käsiteltävät tutkimuspaperit saa ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä. Keskustelu käydään englanniksi.

Kuten Trivium-seminaarien perinteisiin kuuluu, tavoitteena on ylittää oppiaine- ja teemarajoja sekä tuoda rohkeasti itse kiinnostavia asioita ja näkökulmia esille.

Koko ohjelma alempana.

Ilmoittautuminen ennen syyskuun 1. päivää (ville.vuolanto@uta.fi); ilmoittautuneille lähetetään keskustelupaperit etukäteen.

Trivium (Tampere Centre for Classical, Medieval and Early Modern Studies) organizes at Friday 8th Sept. 2017 a workshop on the occasion of the visit of prof. Mark Golden, a pioneer of Ancient social history, esp. history of sports and history of childhood.

All presentations and discussions are held in English.

Please inform us of your attendance before the September 1st, for the purposes of distributing the workshop papers and organizing the coffee.

You are warmly welcome to take part in the cross disciplinary discussions!
