Travel to the conference site by air
There are excellent flight connections to Finland from all parts of the world. Several international airlines offer regular flights to Helsinki.
From Helsinki, there are daily connecting flights on week-days to Tampere and vice versa (see Finnair and Tampere-Pirkkala airport). See also below mentioned long-distance bus connections from Helsinki Airport to Tampere.
Finnair has regular flights to Helsinki from all major cities in Europe, as well as from New York, New Delhi, Hongkong, Bangkok, Beijing, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Seoul and Shanghai.
Ryanair offers direct flights to Tampere-Pirkkala from Bremen, Frankfurt-Hahn, Kaunas, London-Stansted ja Rome at very competitive rates.
Tampere-Pirkkala International Airport is 20 minutes from Tampere centre.
