The aim of this development project was to produce a alpha version of IT system to be used in different crisis areas such as Kosovo and Afganistan. The aim of the system was to enhance co-operation and information sharing among different organisations in crisis area. This was partly achieved by using a shared realtime situation display about mines and incidents. |

I conducted a field research in Kosovo about the IT -infrastructures of the peacekeeping and international aid organisations. This phase of the research focused on finding out the future needs of IT systems to enhance co-operation among different organisations. Research included interviewing several different level officials of UN, EU, OSCE and KFOR. |
