Once you start wanting to say It's a quarter till and things like that, it get a bit
more complicated:
It's eight o'clock.
It's three o'clock.
It's three fifteen. It's quarter past three. It's 3:15.
It's half past four. It's four thirty. It's 4:30.
It's quarter till ten. It's nine forty-five. It's 9:45.
It's quarter till ten. It's nine forty-five. It's 9:45.
