Purpose

Provides the install core of OpenManage Server Administrator.

Removed relocation checks (LExitOnRelocPathCheck function), because we don't want to support it.
Removed LErrorBlock function, since it was only used by LExitOnRelocPathCheck, which was removed.
Removed UpdateUninstallFile, since this package will not support upgrading from previous versions. If OMSA 5.1 is re-packaged as Debian packages, it could be used as upgrade to this package.

Replaced all occurences of "${RPM_INSTALL_PREFIX}" with "/opt/dell/srvadmin".
